Eladio Díaz worked for Davidoff until August 2021; he says he supervised all production and quality control, and gave thirty-eight years to Tabadom. Cigar Coop writes that he held several roles, from blending to supervising production in Davidoff's factories. He owns his own factory, Tabacalera Díaz Cabrera, in Santiago de los Caballeros: Cigar Coop says it opened in 2021, while two articles, dated 2 May 2022 and 10 January 2023, say it opened in January 2022. The second places it in the Pisano free zone, in Quinigua, near the Vía Gonzales.
His wife and two of his sons are at his side, says an article of 2 May 2022, which adds that the factory rolls for Freud Cigar Co. a limited edition of Dominican puros, 3,500 boxes of ten to be delivered after the PCA trade show of summer 2022. In January 2023, Díaz has ten rollers, that is, five pairs.
In 2023, the house releases the Eladio Díaz 70, a limited edition for his 70th birthday, says Cigar Coop. The Before & After line follows, announced on 10 April 2024 for the 15th, on which Cigar Coop publishes an article on 8 December 2024; then La Diana, announced on 11 June 2025, named after the small factory where Díaz began. On 26 March 2026, an article announces the 73 Aniversario edition, for May 2026, and in September 2026 La Cigar Collective carries in its catalogue Before & After, La Diana and the Unforgettable edition for the 73rd birthday.

A regular line announced on 10 April 2024 for the 15th, in three vitolas in boxes of twenty, My Family (5 × 50), Pasion (6 × 52) and Legado (5¾ × 54), under an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper and a Dominican Habano 2000 binder.
La Diana
Announced on 11 June 2025 for delivery to retailers in the first week of July, in three vitolas, Brevas (4½ × 46), Biloria (5 × 52) and Vencosme (6 × 54), with a Mexican San Andrés binder; the name is that of the small factory, run by Francisco Biloria Vencosme, known as Panchito, where Díaz began.
Aniversario
Limited editions for Díaz's birthday, including the Eladio Díaz 70 in 2023 and the 73 Aniversario edition announced on 26 March 2026 for May, in eight Dominican tobaccos and 2,000 boxes of eleven, ten Toro Extra (6½ × 54) and one Robusto (5 × 50).
