Bugatti is a licensed use of the eponymous car brand, run by Integral Logistics, the company of Yigal Harel, who came from lighters and smokers' accessories (Cigarworld.de). Integral first partnered with Perdomo for a Perdomo Bugatti; in 2015, its Bugatti Group presented its own lines at the IPCPR (halfwheel). The brand has no single factory: Cigarworld.de names three, all in the Dominican Republic.
Ambassador and Signature are rolled at PDR Cigars, Abe Flores's factory: the Ambassador under an Ecuadorian wrapper, on a filler of Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Pennsylvania; the Signature under an Ecuadorian wrapper, with ten-year-old Dominican piloto cubano in the filler (halfwheel). The BOSS Classic, with a Brazilian wrapper, and the Monte Carlo Gold and Platinum, presented at the IPCPR 2019, come from Hendrik Kelner Jr.'s Kelner Boutique Factory. The third factory, José Dominguez's Tabacalera Victor Sinclair, dates from 1995; no source consulted says which lines it rolls. The range also includes Quattro, in Claro and Maduro, both under a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, and Cigarworld.de still carries the brand in 2026.
