Reinado——统治——是 Antonio Lam 的公司，2009年创立，首条产品线在2010年 IPCPR 展会推出，由埃斯特利的 Agros Tabacos Industriales 卷制，本图集在此点名而未曾描述这家工厂。它有过自己的时刻——一款 Grand Empire Reserve、一批拥趸——然后退出了市场，行业媒体2018年12月为它写了一篇追忆文章。
2021年8月它回归，换了工厂：Aganorsa Leaf 的 TABSA，本图集载有其词条。回归的系列叫 Grand Apex，Lam 把它献给父亲——一位一无所有来到美国、后成为纽约 Chase Manhattan Bank 副总裁的古巴移民——标题所指的顶点。2022年又推出 6×60 和 C29。
然后媒体再次沉默，公司网站自2023年起未再更新。一家已经隐没过一次、不知是否再次隐没的公司：本图集带着这一保留写下它，因为工厂有名字，2021年的回归有记录——宁可日后更正，也不愿缄口不写。
