Paul Stulac is a Canadian house, and this atlas classifies it in Nicaragua because its cigars are rolled in Estelí, at Las Villas Cigars, under the direction of Guillermo Peña, its master blender — a factory this atlas names here and has not yet described. The brand was launched at the 2011 IPCPR, say the retailers who carry it; the house itself dates nothing on its site, and this atlas takes the retailers' year for want of better, saying so.

The style is recognisable from afar: black bands, names that come from rock and the night — Black Phantom, Red Screaming Sun, Miami Style — and rather full-bodied cigars. An aesthetic more than a terroir, which is no reproach: that is half the North American boutique scene.

The entry keeps to what it can name: the factory, the blender, the year of entry on the market. The rest — tobaccos, volumes — is not published.
