Ohana, which the pages also write Ohana Cigars, is the brand of Ryan Rodriguez, who launched it with the help of his father Frank in April 2014, says the Ohana Nui website. Cigar Coop attributes it to Familia Rodriguez Tobacos, a company of Ryan and Frank Rodriguez, and counts four lines in July 2016: M13, First Generation, Friends and Family and Pulse, presented at the IPCPR 2016 in Ecuadorian Habano and in box press maduro.

The factories named change from year to year and from line to line. Cigar Coop places the Pulse at the Tabacalera NOA of Noel Rojas and Brandon Hayes in 2016 and 2017, and Blind Man's Puff still names NOA in 2018; in September 2022, Stogiepress writes that Ryan Frank Rodriguez has just moved to Tabacalera Pages Raffo, in Nicaragua, and that the Pulse, released in 2016, has been reformulated with a Mexican wrapper. In 2026, Stogiepress writes that the M13 is crafted at Tabacalera Pichardo (22 January) and, together with LA Cigar Collective, that the Toasted Marshmallows is made at Origen Cigars S.A. (January and February).

Ohana Nui brings together Ohana Cigars and 262 Cigars, which Stogiepress calls two companies from Texas; the Ohana Nui website names Ryan Rodriguez, owner of Ohana Cigars, and Madison Money, owner of 262 Cigars, as co-owners of Ohana Nui. Ohana Nui exhibits at the PCA 2025 show and does not exhibit at the 2026 one, says Cigar Coop's table. In October 2026, the website presents three Ohana lines: Pulse Maduro, M13 and Toasted Marshmallows, of which Stogiepress announces the edition of 27 August 2026, with a Super Exclusive limited to a hundred boxes.
