Loaisiga Cigars is a company from Estelí, in Nicaragua, run by Silvio Loaisiga and José Antonio Ortega. According to Humo Latino (15 November 2024), it began operating in Estelí in 2021 with the processing of tobacco leaves; cigar manufacturing began in mid-2023 and the first boxes left for the United States in early 2024. An article of 24 July 2024 announces the launch of the company and of Infiel, and gives Silvio Loaisiga twenty-four years in the tobacco industry, including a long period at Perdomo.
The factory is the company's own, in Estelí: the house says its twelve production stages are carried out by a single company, with no subcontracting, and Humo Latino writes that all the raw material is fermented and prepared there, in its own facilities, the tobacco being planted in Jalapa, Condega and Estelí. The July 2024 article counts about seventy people at the factory and a hundred in the fields. The company also does private label and cites two brands that have been developed, Casa Campo and Basulto, without saying whose they are.
In October 2026, the house's website presents four brands of its own: Infiel, in three wrappers, Connecticut, Sun Grown and Maduro, and El Cadejo, of which the White Cadejo is in the catalogue and the Black Cadejo announced; El Socio and Mr. Ketchup do not yet have a catalogue. Cigar Dojo (30 April 2026) and Cigar Coop (3 May 2026) announce a limited edition Infiel Box Press Toro, in Sun Grown and in Maduro; the house is exhibiting at the PCA 2026 show, says Cigar Coop.
