Daniel Marshall founded a luxury case and humidor company in 1982 — contracts with Dunhill and Cartier from the very first year, humidors for Neiman Marcus and King Hassan II of Morocco, says the company's website. He established his name in cigars from 1992, the year he took part in the Big Smoke trade show, then travelled to the Dominican Republic from 1995 to age his own tobacco and develop the packaging for his line, again according to the company.

The current range centres on the DM Red Label, Nicaraguan tobacco from Estelí and the Jalapa valley aged five years and then a further twelve months in the box, born of a collaboration between Manuel Quesada and Nestor Plasencia and today rolled at Plasencia, in Nicaragua, according to Corona Cigar and the official website. An earlier line, the DM2, offered in three dress styles (White, Black, Red), was rolled at Quesada, in the Dominican Republic; the press covered it between 2018 and 2021, and it no longer appears in 2026 on the company's shop.

The company's shop also offers a 24KT Golden Cigar, dressed in edible gold leaf, and a 38th Anniversary humidor case designed with Carlos Fuente.
