Casagranda Cigars GmbH was born in 2013 in Esslingen am Neckar, near Stuttgart, when Werner Casagranda launched into importing boutique cigars in Germany. He exclusively distributes third-party brands, including Horacio and Vegas de Santiago, rolled in Costa Rica by Tabacos de Costa Rica S.A.; he also represented the American brand Hiram & Solomon in Germany for a time, before it moved to Kohlhase & Kopp.
Under its own name, the house sells a line of its own, in two series: Limitada (Gordo, Salomon, Torpedo, Torpedo Boxpressed) and Overrun (H-2000 Robusto, Nr. 4, Nr. 5 Petit Robusto), all entirely hand-crafted, a Nicaragua puro — wrapper, binder and filler from the country, says Cigarworld.de. The house does not name the factory that rolls them, nor the town where it is located. As of September 2026, the line is on sale at Cigarworld.de.
